Welcome to Glorious Abroad Consultants Peshawar (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or signing any agreement with us, you (“the Client,” “the Student,” “the Parent/Guardian”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our overseas education consultancy services.

1. Scope of Services

Glorious Abroad Consultants Peshawar provides professional overseas education advisory services, including but not limited to:

• University and course selection guidance.

• Application processing and documentation review.

• Scholarship and financial aid advisory.

• Visa application guidance and interview preparation.

• Pre-departure orientation.

All services are rendered on a best-effort basis. While we leverage our expertise and global network to maximize your chances of success, we do not guarantee admission to any specific university or the granting of a student visa by any embassy or high commission.

2. Client Eligibility and Responsibility

• The Client must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding their academic history, financial status, and personal background.

• The Client is responsible for meeting all deadlines set by universities, embassies, and Glorious Abroad Consultants.

• The Client must be at least 18 years of age. If the Client is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Fee Structure and Payment Terms

• All consultancy fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

• A non-refundable registration/retainer fee is required to initiate the processing of your application.

• The remaining balance must be cleared according to the payment schedule outlined in your individual Service Agreement.

• Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, once a Service Agreement is signed, the quoted fee remains fixed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refund on the registration/retainer fee once the application process has commenced.

• Partial Refunds may be issued (at our sole discretion) if a student withdraws before their applications are formally submitted to universities.

• No Refund will be issued after applications have been submitted, regardless of the admission or visa outcome.

• If a student receives a visa rejection, we will provide free re-application guidance for the next intake (subject to additional embassy fees paid by the Client). Consultancy fees for the second attempt will be waived, but no monetary refund will be given.

5. Visa and Embassy Disclaimer

• Glorious Abroad Consultants Peshawar acts solely as an advisor in the visa application process.

• The final decision on all student visas rests solely with the respective embassy or high commission.

• We are not liable for any delays, rejections, or losses incurred due to changes in immigration policies, embassy procedures, or geopolitical events outside our control.

6. Third-Party Links and Partnerships

Our website may contain links to third-party university portals, scholarship databases, or testing agencies (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL). We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glorious Abroad Consultants Peshawar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total consultancy fees paid by the Client to us.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. All personal and academic information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of university applications and visa processing.

• We will not share your data with any third party without your explicit consent, except when required by universities or embassies during the application process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images) is the intellectual property of Glorious Abroad Consultants Peshawar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

11. Amendments and Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
